Our Approach

Our approach to TCM is modern, where traditional knowledge and best practices  are combined with latest and scientific discoveries. We provide a holistic program with diagnosis and multi-faceted approach to healthcare, with the right solutions that are relevant for everyday living and aging well. Our three health management programs are as follows.

Live Well, Age Well

Here at Life TCM & Wellness Centre, we take the idea of living and aging well seriously. Having a healthy lifestyle, proper nutritional care and exercise can alleviate muscle stiffness and joint aches attributed to growing older.

Osteoarthritis, muscle aches, knee and hip joint pain, back pain, frozen shoulder are some musculoskeletal symptoms which benefit well from a TCM approach.

Metabolic issues such as diabetes, high blood pressure responds very well to a regular TCM regime.

Active Lifestyle Management

Sedentary lifestyle coupled with stress, work life imbalance will lead to many health issues, if not addressed early on.

Sinusitis, allergic rhinitis, tensions headaches, fatigue are some of these lifestyle issues which may not cause illness but do cause inconveniences, which may respond well to a short term TCM approach.

For ladies, we have programs to manage symptoms of vertigo, womb care, hormonal changes related to menopause and irregular periods.

Health Maintenance

The foundation of TCM is to promote health by preventing diseases. In order to do this, it accepts that the human body is an intergral part of the universe, where we have to consider the inter-twining relationship between the Shen (spirit), Jing (essence) and Qi (energy).

Depending on the physician’s assessment, TCM treatment and program will be customised after a thorough assessment. A successful treatment will aim to replenish the Qi, preserve the Jing and cultivate the Shen.
